I’ve lived here for four years never had a problem it’s been amazing I love I just renewed my lease again it’s amazing here

My daughter recently moved into this apartment complex, and I’ve spent quite a bit of time here helping her get settled. I have been very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the property, and all of the amenities the community offers. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and welcoming from the start. The complex feels safe, well-maintained, and like a great place to live. The amenities are excellent and always kept in great condition. It’s clear that the management team truly cares about the residents and the overall atmosphere of the community. I would absolutely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable place to live!

"I love living at The Residence at South Haven Farms! The management team, especially Mandy, is always incredibly helpful and makes sure the residents are taken care of. The apartments themselves are beautiful, super spacious, and have great features like granite countertops and the convenience of an in-unit laundry room. The property grounds are kept clean, and having access to the fitness center, the pool/hot tub setup, and the pickleball courts makes it a great spot in Payson. It’s a wonderful place to live!"

Can I just say I totally love living here!! The staff are amazing. I’m grateful for the Halloween party and the pool pizza party. So fun for the kids too. Great community. Awesome amenities. Thank you!!
